Ashlinn is the Director of Cemetery Sales and Operations. She started her career in post-secondary education at Paul Mitchell the School St. Louis as an educator. She completed dozens of teaching and skilled certifications to qualify to attend Train the Trainer events which led to her becoming a Corporate Trainer for John Paul Mitchell Systems where she helped to develop and roll out curriculum in Schools across the country to their educators.After about 5 years in the schools Ashlinn accepted a position as a Subject Matter Expert with the leader of higher education development products, a company called Cengage. During this time, she helped to develop textbooks, educator support materials, online learning platforms, and videos before experiencing an unexpected death in her own family leading her into the local funeral home and cemetery to make arrangements.With Ashlinn’s background in education, it was now time to put it to use in another capacity. Educating families on pre-arranged funerals and cemetery property. With her passion to inform families and help to empower them to make end of life decisions she experienced very rapid success in the death care industry working for Service Corporation International.Ashlinn is also a licensed funeral director and assisted in Sales Management with a large and very profitable area of responsibility.
