West Foulger
Chief Operating Officer & President of Business Development
West Foulger has worked in the funeral profession since 1997. Prior to making the decision to become a Preneed Sales Counselor he spent 5 years in the restaurant industry. He took what he learned working in hospitality and applied it to his new career in funeral planning. West has a passion for building lasting relationships and serving families. His new career took off quickly and within two years accepted his first Preneed Sales Manager position in the small town of Roseburg, OR. Since then, he has not looked back. For more than 23 years West has worked to build preneed sales teams with large corporately held firms and family owned operations. He has a successful track record working with funeral homes, cemeteries and combination locations. During his time as Preneed Sales Manager with a large family owner firm in Salt Lake City, UT he grew their preneed program from $2 Million to over $8 Million in annual preneed sales in just under 5 years. This success led to co-founding Envision Strategic Partners where he used his 20+ years of experience to help more privately owned funeral homes and cemeteries develop a preneed program that could compete with any firm in any market.
Outside of work West enjoys spending time with his family in the great outdoors. He enjoys fishing, camping, snowboarding, mountain biking and boating. His time working in restaurants has stayed with him and he enjoys cooking for his large family. When the whole family comes home for holidays and Sunday dinners he regularly fires up the pellet smoker and works all day in the kitchen to feed more than 15 people. He believes that everything he does in his personal and professional life is all about putting your family first. For him, preplanning your own personal wishes is one of the most important acts of kindness you can perform for the people you love.

James Davenport
Regional Sales Director
James Davenport for the past fourteen years has been in the funeral and cemetery. Prior to his employment in the death care industry, he was the Director of Marketing and Admissions at Randolph Nursing Home, in Winchester, Indiana. During his time serving residents and their families, he learned about the importance of preneed arrangements. Also at that time, James learned about the importance of building relationships and serving others.
In 2008, he transitioned from serving families at the nursing home, into assisting families who had already lost members, or who were planning to prepare for those times. Gardens of Memory allowed James to continue his passion for helping families. While there he witnessed many forms of tragedy that allowed him to better understand the death care industry and how to better assist each family’s unique needs.
While at Gardens of Memory, he began his journey as a family service counselor. As a counselor, James learned how to grow his contacts by creating a better experience for his clients at perhaps the hardest point in their lives. As his abilities grew so did his contacts. His company recognized his achievements with several counselor awards and shortly thereafter, James rose to the position of manager. As a manager, he was no longer focused on his own accomplishments but of his team. His reason was now to hire and train the team, to teach them how to assist families with respect, and in doing so build those lasting relationships. James earned sales manager awards in 2015, 2016, and 2018.
During his time with Stonemor Partners L.P. James truly felt that the relationships he built were a scaffolding to his success and empowered him to continue his career path which led him to Envision Strategic Partners now in 2022. James is thrilled to be able to build new relationships with counselors, train team members, and partner with funeral homes in multiple areas around the United States.
