Director of Sales Support

Heather Kelley's career in the funeral industry began in 2003 holding positions as an administrative assistant, office manager and a one-year Funeral Director Internship which included completing the mandatory number of embalming’s with the State of Utah. After some time away from the funeral industry to be a stay at home mom, she returned to the workforce as a Client Support Specialist for a Medicare Insurance firm. Years later she was offered a position with Larkin Mortuaries & Cemeteries as an Advanced Planning & Aftercare Specialist eventually moving into the Director of Preneed Sales Support role. In January 2016, Envision Strategic Partners opened its doors, and she became the Director of Sales with Envision. As the Director of Sales, her main responsibility is to support the preneed counselors, funeral homeowners, and managers along with the Envision management and administration staff. Those responsibilities include overseeing the Aftercare process for all Envision firms. Other responsibilities include reporting, CRM Training, Community Event support, recruiting support, data entry of company generated leads, accounts payable, payroll, and administration support. She is a proud mother of 3 awesome kids and a huge Disneyland fanatic. Personal hobbies include visiting as many MLB stadiums as possible, camping with her large immediate family, traveling and “out angling” anyone at local fishing holes.
