We utilize the best technology in the industry for tracking each lead to ensure it is worked properly. Our CRM deploys text messaging, email campaigns, ringless voicemail & auto-nurturing to keep each contact engaged until they are ready to meet for a pre-planning appointment.

Virtual and In-Person Community Events

We will market and execute a community event every month. This will include online seminars, in person lunch & learns, senior movie events, senior living presentations, and other networking opportunities.

eFuneral for Online At-Need & Preneed Sales

As part of Homesteaders Solutions we will develop a “white label” website where client families can plan and pay for both at-need and pre-need funeral and cremation arrangements.

Aftercare for the Digital Age

As part of Homesteaders Solutions we will reach out to aftercare families with thoughtful text messages. Your families will have full access to online grief support.

We work exclusively with the most preferred preneed funeral insurance company. HLC provides the best products with competitive growth & commissions. Annual sales counselor incentive trips are rewarded to qualifying sales counselor. HLC is best of class with customer service as well as funeral home & agent support. Atneed insurance claims are easy with 24-hour direct deposit or their ‘Insta-Claim Checks’.

Appointment Setting

When keeping up with leads generated becomes overwhelming, we will utilize our call center to follow up with leads and set appointments for the sales team. We encourage sales counselors to prospect daily and then support them with additional appointments.

Additional 5-Star Google Reviews

Through text messaging we will ask families who have shared a positive experience to leave a google review. Many of our clients receive 10 or more 5-star reviews each month. This increases SEO and helps you stand out ahead of your competition.

T.R.U.E. Aftercare: 9-Step Family Follow-Up

During the at-need arrangement conference we will gather the names of all immediate family members. Everyone in the family will receive a link to the online obituary, a physical condolence card, aftercare letter, preneed savings certificate & one-year anniversary card. These steps keep each family member engaged and loyal to your brand.

Targeted Direct Mail

After completing a Market Sales Analysis, we will deploy direct mail to very specific geographics and demographics to ensure the highest return rate. Direct Mail is a supplement to other lead generation efforts and never meant to be the only viable lead source.

Higher Growth Rates for Future Security

Homesteaders growth rates are very competitive and help to eliminate unnecessary short falls at the time of need. Current growth rates for the Assurance Active Product pay up to 1.5%, which beats most other growth rates offered by our competitors.

Matthews-Aurora Casket Price Protection

Funeral homes who have contracts with Matthews-Aurora are eligible for casket price protection. When selling a Matthews-Aurora casket or urn on a Homesteaders policy you lock in the current wholesale price of the merchandise. You may also be eligible for an additional 2% discount if you are exclusive with Matthews-Aurora. The casket price protection adds an estimated 1% of growth, bringing total growth to 2.5%.

High Commissions for Counselors and Funeral Homes

The best way to retain quality sales counselors is to pay them higher commissions. The sales staff will receive a very competitive commission while still leaving room for funeral homes to earn commissions. In addition to higher commissions we will pay monthly volume bonuses when production exceeds $60K.

Help & Support with Preneed Cemetery Sales

Clients who also own and operate a cemetery, will receive additional sales and marketing support with increasing preneed property sales. Funeral Sales Counselors will also be licensed and trained to sell cemetery property.

Local Sales Management & Home Office Support

Our team stands ready to assist with all your preneed sales and marketing needs. Our full-time staff can assist with graphic design, marketing, phone support, funeral home operations, virtual one-on-one training, team building & just about anything funeral and/or cemetery related.
